In this key Marketing role, you will be responsible for building brand messaging, executing marketing strategy, and delivering lead generation techniques for continued business growth. Your primary role is to lead and support marketing initiatives with the goals of increasing brand awareness and driving sales leads to assist with business development. Responsibilities include:
- Write, create, and manage written and visual content for social media platforms
- Create marketing materials such as fliers, catalogs and provide website content
- Create marketing campaigns for new services
- Generate leads for the sales team
- Create and send monthly newsletters to customers on trends in the industry
- Prepare for and attend tradeshows
- Manage data in the contact management database
- Take photos and videos of products in production and in the field during use
Requirements include:
- Bachelor’s Degree in Communications or Marketing required
- 3+ years of marketing experience
- Fluent in English and Spanish preferred
- Experience working within a business-to-business marketing environment with agriculture focus a strong plus
- In-depth knowledge and experience of social media platforms (Facebook, Twitter, Instagram, YouTube, etc.)
- Photo editing and graphic design skills required
- Intermediate photography skills an asset
- Solid computer skills, including MS Office, marketing software (Adobe Creative Suite & CRM) and applications
- Knowledge of HTML, CSS, and web development tools desired
- Exceptional communication and writing skills
- Creativity and inquisitiveness
- Ability to resolve complex issues and handle multiple deadlines and priorities
- Must demonstrate sound judgment and decisiveness
- Exceptional attention to detail
