To assist Engel & Volkers (E & V) Tampa Bay shops in creating cohesive and consistent marketing to generate brand awareness throughout the greater Tampa Bay area. E & V is a global real estate company with 4 offices locally and over 150 within the US. Comprehensive brand standards are established with guidelines in place so the role is to adhere to the standards in a local market application with creativity.

  • Enthusiastic focus to expedited ability to learn about Engel & Volkers exceptional global brand for comprehensive knowledge on all E&V value propositions. This position will be key resource for expert support, training and counsel for agents, clients and staff.
  • Possess experience and ability to graphically produce E & V marketing collateral for direct mail, print media, email marketing and social media/recruiting campaigns. This includes Condo and/or Developer Project marketing collateral, event marketing and promotion, and assisting with marketing/promotional planning and strategy.
  • A natural, comfortable and professional ability to articulate via all types of written, oral and technological/telephonic communication.
  • A demonstrated ability for ease and experience with all computer office functions to include Word, Excel, PowerPoint and graphic design capability. This also includes a seamless ability to learn software applications exclusive to E & V. Use of PhotoShop, or Adobe InDesign and CRM experience/knowledge are needed.
  • Creation and webpage updates as needed of all Property Shop E & V Website specialty pages
  • Assist with input, creation and maintenance of annual regional marketing plan and budget to include print ad publication deadlines and rates; local sponsorship opportunities; community event participation; broker/open house events and/or potential cooperative affiliate advertising for the purpose of consistent, constructive and effective brand advancement across greater Tampa Bay.
  • Assist in securing quotes, vetting capabilities of key vendors as needed for review/approval, and negotiating best rates and placement for ads
  • Create and manage Online Marketing Campaigns including social media and video integration that includes analytical oversight of applicable campaigns for potential retargeting contact or top of mind touches as it applies to both property promotion/marketing and talent acquisition.
  • Provide monthly updates to Advisory Council on spend, return, and offering creative opportunities for advancing the brand efforts
  • Must have reliable transportation and the ability to travel between the four E & V shops in Tampa Bay (Belleair, Madeira Beach, St. Pete, and S. Tampa)
