Type: Full-Time
Salary: $35,000 / Year + COMMISSIONS
Key Responsibilities:
✅ Develop and implement marketing strategies to attract new property management clients
✅ Identify and cultivate referral sources to drive management leads
✅ Build and maintain relationships with real estate agents, property owners, investors, and local businesses
✅ Utilize digital marketing, networking, and direct outreach to expand brand presence
✅ Track, analyze, and optimize marketing efforts for maximum ROI
✅ Stay up to date with industry trends to improve lead generation efforts
