Job Summary

Professional Tutors of America, Inc. is looking for a qualified Academic Math Tutor in Brandon,FL. We are a nationwide tutoring company.

For the 2017 – 2018 school year, we are looking for a tutor who can assist our 7th grade student in Math. Tutoring will take place on a school site. Tutoring will extend throughout the entire school year. Our tutors can earn $20-$25 per hour depending on education, degrees earned and professional teaching/tutoring experience.

QUALIFICATIONS:

  • Must have a Bachelor’s degree and/ or Teaching Credential
  • Must cover out-of-pocket & pass FL background check
  • Tuberculosis Test required upon hire
  • Must have professional experience teaching or tutoring in the field of Academia for at least a year
  • Ability to communicate effectively
  • Ability to cover Math (7th to 12th grade)
  • Be available during afternoons from 2:30 to 3:30 p.m. from Monday through Friday
  • Motivation to help students learn
