Mechanical/Plumbing Engineer
Hall Engineering Group is seeking to hire a Sr. Mechanical Engineer with a minimum of 7 years of related experience to develop and lead an HVAC, Plumbing, and Fire Protection system department for one of Central Florida’s fastest growing and dynamic engineering consulting companies. The applicant’s background and design experience must come from the commercial and institutional sectors. Experience in the healthcare industry would be a strong plus.
Ideal candidate will have an entrepreneurial spirit and client-centric attitude.
Knowledge and Skills
- Must be abreast with latest trends in mechanical engineering, ASHRAE, Florida Energy Code, and NFPA. Knowledge of IAQ is a plus.
- Familiar with AutoCAD with expertise in Revit a plus.
- Duties will include design, management of staff, and overseeing clients’ requests.
Educational Qualification and Experience
- A bachelor’s degree in mechanical engineering.
- A master’s degree in engineering or business is preferable but is not essential.
- A registered Florida Professional Engineer (PE).
- LEED accreditation is a plus.
- Certified Energy Manager (CEM) is a plus.
