Medical Receptionist/ Patient Support Clerk wanted for a health care facility in Tampa, Florida.

General Responsibilities: answering all incoming telephone calls to the center/call center, scheduling of patients’ appointments and entering new patient demographics in electronic health records.

Qualifications:
High School graduate and a minimum of six months of academic training in an allied health related field of six months of academic training in a business related area. The academic training requirement may be substituted by appropriate experience and skills. The incumbent must have the ability to deal patiently with the public. Must possess computer skills and be capable of learning the current medical software used to create, update and maintain electronic patient data.

Hours:
Monday thru Friday 8:00 am to 5:00 pm.
Some centers are open on Saturday 8:00am thru 5:00pm.
Flexible shifts may be available.
