What you will do
- Collaborate with stakeholders to understand project requirements and objectives related to Zuora implementation for Usage;
- Develop and configure Zuora’s Product Catalog, including rate plans and pricing models, to meet business needs and support billing processes;
- Implement Revenue Management solutions using Zuora Rev Pro, ensuring accurate revenue recognition and compliance with accounting standards;
- Design and develop custom workflows in Zuora to automate business processes, streamline operations, and improve efficiency;
- Ensure the security and integrity of Zuora’s environment by implementing best practices and security measures;
- Configure and manage notifications within Zuora to keep stakeholders informed of key events and updates;
- Customize and design invoice templates in Zuora to align with branding guidelines and meet customer requirements;
- Provide expertise and guidance on billing processes and best practices, leveraging domain knowledge to drive optimal solutions;
- Collaborate with the project team and provide regular updates on progress, challenges, and recommendations.
Must haves
- Strong experience with Zuora development, including Product Catalog, Revenue Management (Rev Pro),
- Workflows, Security, Notifications, and Invoice Templates;
- In-depth knowledge of billing processes and systems, with a focus on Zuora’s capabilities and best practices;
- Proven track record of successfully implementing Zuora solutions in a billing environment;
- Consulting background preferred, with experience working as an independent contractor or consultant;
- Excellent communication and collaboration skills, with the ability to engage with stakeholders at all levels;
- Self-motivated and able to work independently, with a strong commitment to meeting project deadlines and delivering high-quality results.
