We have an opportunity for a Leasing Consultant located in the heart of Seminole Heights at HITE. HITE is the perfect addition to the eclectic and energetic area. This is a great opportunity for someone that is energetic, likes to work with customers and has a sales mindset. In this role, the Leasing Consultant executes apartment leases, facilitates the hospitality requests of customers, and delivers exceptional customer service (including respect for vendors and customers). This position assists with leasing properties under development and focuses on leasing and customer service when the property has reached stabilization.
This is a part-time role and will work 3 days per week. Saturdays are required.
Requirements
- College diploma preferred; high school diploma or equivalent combination of education required
- Valid driver’s license in the state of residence
- A background in property management is desirable, but not required
- At least 2 years of experience in the hospitality field (restaurant, hotel, healthcare) is required
- Proficient in Microsoft Excel, Word, and Power Point
- Positive attitude and customer service focus
- Experience in sales, leasing, and marketing
- Skills in time management, organization, problem solving, and judgment
- Keen attention to detail and accuracy
- Strong written and verbal communication skills
- Flexibility to work weekends as needed
