MOBILE BUILDING/PROPERTY MAINTENANCE TECHNICIAN NEED.
We are a Condominium/Homeowners Association property management company seeking a qualified technician to perform maintenance/repairs to managed properties.
Qualifications:
You must be experienced in drywall repairs and and able to use 20 minute mud.
You must know how to do stucco repairs and match textures.
You must know how to remove and replace doors.
You must know carpentry.
You must be experienced in small concrete repairs including small sidewalk replacements.
You must be experienced in painting.
You must know how to do basic plumbing and electrical repairs including replacing fixtures.
You must be willing and able to perform janitorial duties including servicing dog-waste stations.
You must be experienced in using equipment such as pressure washer, small cement mixers and power hand tools.
You must be able to lift 50 lbs and perform manual labor including but not limited to using a shovel and heavy equipment.
You will be required to have a pick-up/van and the required tools as follows:
Basic hand tools
Cordless Drill/Driver
Cordless Angle Grinder
Cordless Circular saw
Cordless Sawzall
Chop Saw
Sawhorse
Shop-vac
6 foot ladder
5 gallon bucket
Caulk gun
Paint brushes
Drywall/Stucco tools
Garden hose
Extension cords
Plus any other tools required to do small jobs.
You must be responsible, reliable, look and act in a professional manner, be able to pass a drug screening, have a clean background and driving record.
You will be supplied with a company iPad to receive and transmit work orders, so you must have some level of computer competency.
You will be given a cell phone allowance and will be required to respond after hours and weekends.
You will also be given a mileage allowance and after 90 days a full benefits package.
This position is hourly and has a rate between 17.00 -21.00 per hour depending on your experience and qualifications. This is a long-term position in a growing company with the chance for advancement. You will average anywhere between 35 to 45 hours each week. Some weeks more, some less depending on work flow.
We will also consider someone on a sub-let basis in the right situation.
References are a must.
