We are ready to break the norm of Mortgage Loans and be at the top of the industry. Be a part of this exciting experience. We are seeking a Closing Coordinator to become a part of our team! This position is available weekdays with flexible scheduling.
Responsibilities:
- Read through Closing Documents
- Contacting borrowers via email and/or phone
- Respond to questions regarding Closing Documents
- Record short 1-minute videos walking borrowers through the next steps in the closing process
- Accomplish company mission by completing related tasks as needed
Qualifications:
- Provide excellent customer service
- Knowledge of Microsoft Office applications
- Experience of interest in finance, banking, real estate, or mortgage
- Extremely organized and detail oriented
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills
- Comfortable in front of a computer webcam
- Work Hard, Play Hard attitude. We are an experienced forward-thinking team
