Mortgage Document Reviewer

Position Overview :
The Indexing Analyst is an entry level position requiring individuals that must possess the ability to gain familiarity with and learn to compare residential mortgage documentation in a timely manner in an effort to index mortgage loan files. Efficiency and accuracy will be the key components for this position. This position requires information confidentiality.
Essential Job Functions :
· Ability to meet production quality and service standards
· Adherence to all company policies and procedures
· Self-motivation and reliability
· Recognize and classify mortgage documents including credit, compliance, and modification documentation
Must-Have Qualifications:
· High school diploma or equivalent
· 6+ months of mortgage industry experience
· Experience with a variety of mortgage types including conventional, FHA, VA, USDA
· Excellent PC skills and possess high level of proficiency in Microsoft products
· Strong communication (written and oral) skills
