TempExperts is seeking a Mortgage Documents Auditor to join a growing Palm Harbor team! The ideal candidate will be familiar with mortgage documents, display an excellent attention to detail, and thrive in a fast-paced environment.
Responsibilities will include but not be limited to:
- Perform investigative audit of mortgage loan files to identify misrepresentation related to the origination, underwriting, or servicing of mortgage loans.
- Reviewing collateral files, locating specific documents, and answering audit questions both electronically and on paper.
Skills & Qualifications:
- Knowledge of mortgage and loan documents
- Strong written and oral communication skills
- Excellent attention-to-detail
- Ability to prioritize and multi-task in a fast-paced environment in order to meet deadlines
