We are looking for File Auditors to join our team! A prior background in Mortgage and Loan processing, post-closing and/or real estate is beneficial; however, we do provide training for applicants without this specific industry experience. Auditors will be reviewing collateral files, locating specific documents and answering audit questions both on paper and electronically. This is a very fast paced position and will require great attention to detail.
This is a full time position, Monday-Friday 8:30 – 5:00. Once employees are out of their initial training period, we offer a flexible schedule which allows you to arrive any time between 7:00 and 9:00 AM, and leave between 3:30 and 5:30 PM. Qualifications
Job Requirements:
- Knowledge of mortgage and loan documents or legal documents in a similar field preferred
- Ability to work in a very fast paced environment
- Knowledge of MS Office (Word, Excel and Outlook)

PTO begins accruing on the first day of employment, and is available for use after the 90 day employment anniversary.
PTO days are accrued as follows:
Your first and second year you will accrue 10 days per year.
Each year between the 3rd and 9th you will accrue 15 days per year.
Each year between the 10th and 19th you will accrue 20 days per year.
And from 20 years onward you will accrue 25 days per year.+
