Classification:Lender – Mortgage
Compensation:$14.25 to $16.50 per hour
Company in Saint Petersburg has an immediate need for a Collateral Review Analyst. This position is responsible for reconciliation of custodian reports to create and code task level exceptions for both assignment related exceptions as well as non-assignment to include endorsements and all collateral related exceptions present on the custodian inventory and exception report. Analyst is responsible to validate chain of assignments for completeness, research online sources for recorded mortgage documents, identify and order assignments, validate chain of endorsement/allonge, and validate other related collateral documents as needed. It also involves special issue research, escalated items review and assistance in training.
