*Part Time Position – $10 to $13 per hour based on applicant experience and attitude. No prior mortgage experience required. Hours will be Wednesday through Sunday 2 PM to 7PM most weeks, but this schedule will vary slightly week to week. Scheduling flexibility is essential for this role.
Our mortgage branch production is rapidly growing and we are in need of an onsite assistant to the Producing Branch Manager in Tampa. We are looking for someone who has outstanding organizational skills, a extremely positive attitude, and the ability to quickly adapt in a work environment that is fast moving and customer service oriented. The right candidate will have A+ communication skills and a desire to provide the best possible service to our clients and referral partners. As a Loan Officer/Branch Manager Assistant you would be responsible for the following tasks. Thorough training will be provided along with a support team to answer questions as they arise. This is an entry level position with no prior mortgage experience required. Managing Loan Officer’s (LO) Schedule/CalendarSetting appointments with referral partners for LO Follow up with leads via email and phone calls Input data/notes from LO meetings/phone calls into our Customer Relationship Management Software (Jungo) Provide weekly updates to Realtors on loans in process and status of leads Take calls from Realtors and prospective clients and introduce them to our operation Problem solve with the assistance of our amazing branch support department without involving the loan officer/branch manager whenever possible. Write handwritten Thank You cards to Realtors and Pre-Approved Buyers Pull credit reports, run automated underwriting, report findings to LO Issue Pre-Approval Letters as directed by LO Post to Facebook and other Social Media sites Gather supporting documents from clients Track loans in process and work with operations staff to ensure timely closings Transcribe recorded notes/messages from LO Make calls to pre-approved looking clients each Thursday to stay in touch Make intro calls to all listing agents/buyers agents when contract received Work with LO/Branch Manager to improve follow up plans for various lead types Place/Answer calls to/from potential clients when LO is unavailable, direct them to online application as needed.
