Full Time Mortgage Processor Position:
Very busy mortgage broker office is seeking an experienced Mortgage Processor that has experience working with multiple lenders and guidelines.
The perfect candidate must be organized, communicate well (both written and verbal) knowledgeable with TRID compliance, FHA, VA, conventional and strong DU experience.
Job responsibilities:
Run DU/LP.
Prepare disclosures.
Ordering payoffs, title, credit, Insurance, etc.
Input applications
Stacking and submitting files to the lender
Reviewing conditions for accuracy
Clearing conditions and coordination of closing.
Must have at least 1 year experience processing or originating in a fast paced,mortgage broker environment. Currently licensed is a plus.
