- · Will perform duties of Conventional, FHA and VA loan processing and closing
- · Will be working with Freddie Mac and Fannie Mae
- · Will obtain sales contracts, escrow instructions prior to ordering appraisals
- · Will obtain and follow through on borrower conditions for closing
- · Will submit document ready loan to funding in timely manner
- · Will communicate with borrowers, escrow/title, sales agents and Home Loan Advisor
