Rapidly Expanding Mortgage Consulting Firm with Multiple Positions Available
Position Overview :
The Mortgage loan processor is an entry level position requiring individuals that must possess the ability to gain familiarity with and learn to compare residential mortgage documentation in a timely manner in an effort to index mortgage loan files. Efficiency and accuracy will be the key components for this position. This position requires information confidentiality.
Essential Job Functions :
- Ability to meet production quality and service standards
- Adherence to all company policies and procedures
- Self-motivation and reliability
- Recognize and classify mortgage documents including credit, compliance, and modification documentation
Must-Have Qualifications:
- High school diploma or equivalent
- 6+ months of mortgage industry experience
- Experience with a variety of mortgage types including conventional, FHA, VA, USDA
- Excellent PC skills and possess high level of proficiency in Microsoft products
- Strong communication (written and oral) skills
