| WANTED: Full-time Mortgage Loan Processor (work-from-home or in office)
A family-friendly Tampa Bay mortgage company located near Westchase is looking for full-time, in-house mortgage loan processor. This position handles all processing tasks for mostly-purchase borrowers, from set-up and submission, to clearing conditions, finalizing the clear-to-close and coordinating closing logistics. The ideal candidate has at least 3 years of mortgage processing, underwriting or loan origination experience. This could be a Jr. Loan Processor, also. Must know DU/DO. Salesforce experience is a plus. This is not replacing someone, this is us hiring in addition to our existing team. Currently we are getting our loans cleared-to-close in under 17.55 business days (almost 2 weeks prior to contract close date)…because we have a fantastically-proactive system, and absolutely phenomenal people executing our system on every loan. Click here to watch brief video about our local office/team/culture: This processor position will work alongside our loan officers and loan assistants, and will be communicating with our borrower clients and Real Estate Agents, as well as vendors like corporate underwriters and closers, title companies, and homeowners insurance agents. Having exceptional communication skills, mostly on the phone and via email, is an absolute must for this position. Our processors communicate directly with clients, Realtors, Loan Officers and vendors. Possessing a positive attitude & grateful spirit is required. We only employ people who can deliver phenomenal customer service results to our clients. This candidate absolutely must know Fannie Mae, Freddie Mac, FHA, VA and USDA guidelines, run Desktop Underwriter, electronically stack & submit files to underwriting, request and clear conditions, while communicating with our clients and vendors in the utmost of professionalism. This position should also know how to analyze credit reports, and income & asset documents, as well as general ways to structure a loan. We are paperless, so you MUST be good with the computer. This is a full-time, salaried position. You can work from home, or in the office. You can be in the Tampa Bay area, or in another market, it doesn’t matter. We are a mortgage banker.
