Mortgage Lending company seeking a Mortgage Loan Processors and Closers in Tampa and Clearwater, FL!
- Process and close loan applications
- Ensure all requirements of underwriting and investors have been met for loan closing
- Communicate in a courteous manner with consultants, borrowers, and associates
- Gather and submit credit reports and 1003s in a timely manner
- Maintain status and information within software database
- Keep borrowers, agents, and advisors up to date on status
- Assit Home Loan Advisors at community previews upon need
Requirements
- Process and closing experience
- 1-2 yr. FHA/VA/Conventional loan processing exp.
- Strong Microsoft Word and Excel skills
