Post-Closing Technician
The Post-Closing Technician is responsible for the post-closing review of loan files to for accuracy/completeness of signed closing documents to ensure compliance with all regulatory and Company lending guidelines. Candidates have to be highly organized and process-oriented with strong attention to detail. Responsibilities include;
- Ensures closed loan documents are returned promptly and that they are signed correctly
- Send collateral documents to warehouse banks
- Payment and activation of Conventional MI
- Shipment of loan files to mortgage insurance companies
- Preparation of closed loan documents for imaging
Must have excellent oral and written communication skills to interact with all levels of the company/investors/warehouse banks. Proficiency in Word, Excel and Outlook a must.

Pay: $15.00 – $18.00 per hour
