Previous Experience in Mortgage Industry – (Sr. Processor, Processor)
Experience with Encompass, The Loan Process & 3rd party functions
Experience with MS Office (Excel, Word, Outlook proficient) & English proficiency
Outstanding organizational and time management skills
Ability to multitask and prioritize daily workload w/willingness to work until the job is completed!
Excellent verbal and written communications skills
Impeccable Discretion & confidentiality
What you will be doing…
Must be able to process 30+ loans per month using Encompass.
Daily Management of pipeline & collect all necessary documents needed to submit, clear & fund the loan
Superior telephone, organizational & customer service skills
Ultimately – allow a producer to “produce & close” at the highest levels possible by handling the “busy/organizational workflow” of a loan from soup to nuts.
