Mortgage Processor, Post Closer and Management – SetPoint Consultants (Saint Petersburg)

We are currently recruiting for several positions for a growing financial services company in St Petersburg. We are looking for experienced Mortgage Processors and Post Closers as well as Management staff. This is an immediate need and our client is currently interviewing. The position is also permanent upon hire and is NOT temp.

Pay for the positions will be based on experience but should range from $40,000- $70,000 (management)

Mortgage Post Closer:
Mortgage Post Closer is responsible for reviewing and shipping closed loans packages and determining if loans are eligible for endorsement. Candidate will perform detail post closing review of both underwriting and closing packages and will also identify and record errors and omissions noted during review of file.

Candidate must have superior attention to detail and be able to work in a fast paced deadline driven atmosphere.

Mortgage Processor:

Review all new loan application requests to ensure that all required forms and/or documentation have been provided by the borrower. Prepare and send out all pertinent regulatory compliance disclosure material and perform required research of verifications. Review loan packages to insure compliance with investor guidelines and submit them to Underwriting for approval. Manage loan pipeline and communicate the status of all loans to each principle party involved
