Are you a problem solver who is excited to learn new skills? We are hiring Online Researchers to search public country record websites and retrieve information required to complete orders.
These positions are full time Monday-Friday 8:30am – 5:00pm. Once employees are out of their initial training period, we offer a flexible schedule which allows you to arrive any time between 7:00am and 9:00am, and leave between 3:30pm and 5:30pm. The pay for this position is based on mortgage title/property search experience and ranges from $12.50/hour to $15.50/hour.
Duties include but are not limited to the following:
- Research assigned orders via internet search engines
- Conduct occasional phone calls to title companies, abstractors, lawyers, and/or county recording offices to obtain missing information
- Save or enter data/document images into NTC database(s).
Job Requirements:
- Ability to search records with missing data, great investigative skills
- Ability to work in a fast paced environment with production goals and quotas
- MS Office knowledge
- Self-motivated
- Great communication skills, both verbal and written
- Organizational Skills
- Mortgage Title/Property Search Experience strongly preferred.
Preferred Experience:
- Experience searching real estate records
- Ability to locate a target mortgage and all related downstream documents

- Ability to locate a target mortgage and all related downstream documents
- Experience searching, analyzing and evaluating records relating to titles of property
- Analyzing chain of title

- PTO begins accruing on the first day of employment, and is available for use after the 90 day employment anniversary.
PTO days are accrued as follows:
- Your first and second year you will accrue 10 days per year.
- Each year between the 3rd and 9th you will accrue 15 days per year.
- Each year between the 10th and 19th you will accrue 20 days per year.
- And from 20 years onward you will accrue 25 days per year.
