Essential Functions:
We are looking for a Maintenance Technician to undertake the responsibility to preserve the physical condition of the property according to company operating and safety standards.
- Assist with organizing and prioritizing and ensuring that service requests and repairs are made correctly and in a timely manner
- Assist with turnkey operations and assist with making vacant units rent-ready in a timely manner
- Assist with maintaining a preventative maintenance program
- Assist the maintenance team to ensure the physical condition and curb appeal of community is maintained
- Other jobs assigned by Service Manager
- On-call, after-hour emergency service will be required.
- Candidate should own a set of basic hand tools.
The position also requires the ability to transport a minimum of 50 pounds variable distances; the mobility and flexibility to walk, bend, kneel, and reach to perform above duties as stated; the ability to work outdoors on a consistent basis in temperatures exceeding 89 degrees or below 32 degrees Fahrenheit.
Compensation: 100% paid medical (PPO), Dental Vision. Hourly pay depends on experience, excellent PTO program, assigned company vehicle. Must have good driving record.

Team Player: Works well as a member of a group
Required: High School, or GED or better.
Required: HVAC Certification, Driver License (must have a good driving record)
Job Type: Full-time
Pay: $17.00 – $20.00 per hour

- Apartment building maintenance: 3 years (Required)
Education:
- High school or equivalent (Required)
License:
- Driver’s License – Must have good driving record. (Required)
