We are seeking a Property Manager, with experience in affordable housing programs, to become a part of our team! The Property Manager is responsible for the daily management of assigned properties from OUR portfolio of assets. The Property Manager will also be responsible for monitoring the requirements and goals of all the property groups.
Responsibilities:
- Oversee and coordinate all property managers
- Attract and educate new tenants
- Investigate and resolve tenant complaints
- Ensure all work order and repair requests are processed in a timely fashion
- Assist with training of new staff and assisting other property managers as needed.
- Enforce property rules and regulations
Qualifications:
- Previous experience in property management
- Familiarity with leases
- Ability to build rapport with tenants
- Ability to multitask and prioritize
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills
- Experience with HUD affordable housing programs
- Reliable vehicle and valid driver’s license required
