We work hard but we also play hard. We think it’s important to have a life in the midst of being successful. We look for two things – character and competence. Character means taking personal responsibility for yourself and your work and competence means you’re pretty good at what you do.
So here’s the deal – we’re looking for someone to help with a variety of operational tasks mostly centered around investor relations and asset management. With over $125 million in assets under management, there’s a lot to keep track of. We need someone with a super high attention to detail, the ability to take directions and work efficiently, and a desire to learn and grow.
Having experience in real estate and/or investments or anything financially related (brokerage house, investment advisor, private equity, family office, etc) would be ideal. You will be working with a few key team members and handling sensitive information at times so professionalism and discretion is paramount.
While this would be a remote position there may be some minimal travel involved. We think it’s important to spend a little time “in the field” once in awhile. We use Microsoft Teams for our meetings, we manage our projects via Asana, we run property management in Resman, and we do marketing with Hubspot – so experience with any of those is a plus.
If that all sounds like a good fit, we would love to have you join our team! We are looking to pay $35-60K per year plus bonus and benefits. That’s a big range so it really depends on your experience.
