Summary:
The Nassau County Board of County Commissioners is hiring for the position of Assistant County Attorney. This is a high-level professional position performing a variety of complex legal work requiring considerable responsibility, initiative, and judgement. This position performs under the supervision of the County Attorney.

Salary Range:
$112,090.86 – $170,559.22 Annually Depending On Qualifications
Minimum Qualifications:
- Graduation from an Accredited Law School and a member of The Florida Bar.
- Experience, interest and skills in local government law and in matters pertaining to the duties of an attorney for a local government agency desired.
- Employee must reside in Nassau County or move to Nassau County within one-hundred eighty (180) days of employment.
