Job Description: Supporting the Video Technology Development labs in Waltham, Irving and *Tampa*
Desired skills
– Strong Network Administration and Support skills
– Demonstrated knowledge of networks, protocols and technologies
– Load balancing
– Configuring firewalls and switches
– Optimize routing
– Provide Tier 2 support
– Very Cisco centric
– Tracking and Managing network inventory
Personal Attributes:
– Must have good communication and interpersonal skills.
– Must be a self starter requiring little supervision.
– Ability to work effectively with internal and external groups and vendors required
– Ability to learn new technologies and testing protocols quickly
– Detailed and action oriented, Self-starter; ability to complete project with minimal guidance
– Excellent written and oral communications skills.
Other Info:
– Bachelors in Information Systems, Computer Science, Electrical Engineering, or a closely related discipline or equivalent work experience
– Primarily 9×5 work, maybe occasional out of hours, but not much expected
