GENERAL SUMMARY: Responsible for managing the entire sales process and communicating with the customer from the first interaction through the close of escrow according to Company policies and procedures.

ESSENTIAL DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES:

• Sells and closes Beazer Homes’ products.
• Presents and sells the features and benefits of new homes within a Beazer community.
• Follows Company policies and procedures and directives.
• Provides customer service by maintaining good relationships with buyers.
• Follows up with customers after the sale and closing.
• Gathers and utilizes Competitive Market Analysis (CMA) and other data driven tools to sell homes.
• Continually prospects for new customers through networking, referrals, and effective follow-up.
• Understands basic construction terms and able to answer construction questions.

JOB SPECIFICATIONS:

• Must be able to work weekends and other days during the week as assigned by sales management
• Demonstrated success in direct sales.
• Previous experience in new home sales preferred.
• Excellent interpersonal and communication skills with an ability to close deals and develop and maintain relationships required.
• Basic computer skills and proficiency required.
• Numerical aptitude with basic understanding of financial principles.
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
• Valid Real Estate license for state of operation, where required.
• Valid Driver’s License.

WORKING CONDITIONS:
• Sales office or model home is typical environment.
• May visit home sites in various phases of completion where temperature and noise levels vary.
• May visit other subdivisions for competitive information.
