The Opportunity

In keeping with the Mattamy Mission of providing The Best Homeowner Experience, the New Home Counselor will manage sales of new home construction. The position will respond to, qualify, and manage leads and customer requests for new homes. Responsibilities include, but are not limited to:
Sells property for company on a commission basis Interviews prospective clients at model home to solicit sales Accompanies prospects to property sites, describes features, and discusses conditions Quotes purchase prices and draws up real estate contracts for sales Attends staff and association meetings to keep informed of marketing conditions, property values, and legislation affecting the real estate industry Interfaces with builder to assure appropriate options are included in construction and that building is progressing on schedule

The Person

Qualifications Florida Real Estate License

Experience 2 years new home sales experience Strong communication skills (written and verbal) and ability to deal with individuals at all levels
