The Opportunity

If you take pride in sales professionalism, quality homes and products and service excellence we are the team for you. This role is great for a high energy experienced new home sale professional with a proven track record in new home sales. Our New Home Counselors (NHC’s) spend time with potential customers listening and learning about their needs and wants in order to help them with one of their most important lifetime decisions. NHC’s are responsible for generating and following-up on leads, qualifying potential buyers, educating prospects on our products, driving sales volume, and guiding homebuyers throughout the sales process. A few key areas of focus include:
Develop a community business plan, identifying marketing strategies, target realtor partnerships and other outreach programs in order to meet annual sales goals
Ability to analyze product positioning and the competitive real estate market
Generate traffic through relationships with the realtor community, referrals, and other networking opportunities and manage these leads through our CRM program
Provide an exceptional home buying experience by educating the customer on our community and products as well as the overall process, including the design, mortgage, construction and closing processes
Demonstrate the ability to qualify buyers for their respective community
Facilitate regular communication with our buyers to ensure their satisfaction, knowledge and understanding of the process from the sale through the closing
Ability to clearly communicate, collaborate, build rapport and support team members related to all facets of the homebuying process
Commitment to achieving sales related business goals, attending meetings and providing necessary follow-up to ensure a seamless homebuying experience as determined by the Division Leader(s)
Achieving Customer Service performance goals
The Person
Business minded sales professional that is knowledgeable and understands establishing and achieving sales goals and budgets
Adept at building trusting, professional relationships with prospective homebuyers in order to procure sales
High energy, outgoing, professional demeanor, mindful of deadlines, organized, team centered, solution driven
At least two years of previous new home sales experience is preferred
Results-orientated individual with proven track-record of converting leads
Bachelor’s degree preferred
Exceptional communication (written and verbal) skills
Proficiency with Microsoft Office, CRM and other systems
Must possess an active real estate license
Must possess a valid drivers license
Ability to work evenings, weekends and holidays is required
This position is located onsite at the assigned new home community sales center.
Ability to speak English and Spanish is helpful
