Our Tampa team is seeking an experienced Sales Consultant to join our Tampa team selling Active Adult lifestyle homes, Encore by David Weekley Homes.
Responsibilities include:
- Meeting monthly/quarterly sales goals
- Providing outstanding customer service
- Prospecting, marketing & promoting new business
- Building rapport with customers and deliver a positive, effective sales presentation
- Proactively following up with prospects throughout the sales process
- Developing and maintaining relationships with the Realtor community
- Understanding the loan process
- Educating home buyer on the sales, construction and warranty processes
- Keeping customers informed in regard to home and loan status and troubleshooting problems
- Coordinating Home Buyer Reviews with Owner, Builder and Warranty Teams and working effectively as a team
- Managing Model-maintenance and specs
Requirements:
- Must have or be willing to earn Real Estate License upon hire*
- Must be able to work weekends, evenings & some holidays
- A demonstrated record of success in high-end new home sales
- Successful sales experience of Active Adult/ 55+ / Boomer homes is strongly desired
- Proven closing/negotiation skills
- Strong communication skills both verbal & written, with the ability to talk in pictures.
- Great listening skills & creative problem solving abilities
- Proactive follow up with prospective customers
- A proven background in prospecting
- Marketing strategies to generate traffic and sales with an understanding of the 55+ consumer
- A high level of enthusiasm, as well as a high energy level
- Strong organizational skills with the ability to prioritize & multi-task
