LGI Homes is seeking Sales Consultants in the Tampa area.

Responsibilities:

  • Guide and support customers through the new home sales process the LGI Way.
  • Close sales and meet annual sales goals.
  • Set appointments via telephone by converting incoming calls, web leads, and walk-ins.
  • Deliver positive customer experience by providing exceptional customer service.
  • Uphold company core values at all times.
  • Attend weekly, monthly, and quarterly training sessions.

No previous real estate experience is required; LGI Homes provides a structured training program and the tools for employees to excel.

Requirements:
Candidates must display the following qualifications:

  • Top producing sales professional with 3+ years of proven success in a sales environment.
  • Active real estate license.
  • Excellent verbal and interpersonal communication skills.
  • Strong presentation and telephone skills.
  • Professional appearance and demeanor.
  • An enthusiasm to learn and be trained.
  • Competitive spirit with a strong drive for financial success.
  • Willingness to work Saturdays and Sundays.
  • Experience working nights and weekends in a commission-based role preferred.
  • Preferred sales experience includes, but is not limited to: automobile sales, cellular sales, timeshare sales, insurance sales.
