NOW HIRING A PROJECT SUPERINTENDENT – jobhausllc (TAMPA)

Required Construction Skills
-Has 10+ years experience as a superintendent
-Commercial experience: Prefer experience in the $1MM to $15MM size. Office, Churches, Retail, warehouse, auto dealers, specialty, hospitality, etc
-Residential experience: Prefer High end custom homes, 5,000 to 10,000 SF and up. No apartments, condos, multi-family.
-Has a passion for construction, a desire and a natural instinct to build
-Understands means and methods of construction associated with the renovation of
-Can create a 3d visualization of the end product and knows how to get there
-Understands the sequencing of work and the strategy of creating effective project
