Full Job Description
Our company is currently experiencing rapid growth and we are seeking an experienced Corporate Office Accountant to join our finance team.
The Corporate Office Accountant will be responsible for assisting with all accounting aspects of the business including, but not limited to, the monthly closing process, account/bank reconciliations, fixed assets and debt/lease schedules, check runs, physical inventories, sales and use tax, audits, accounts receivable, accounts payable, receipt management, and merchant processing.
Qualifications:
3+ years of hands on accounting experience, excellent analytical skills, job costing knowledge, QuickBooks Enterprise Desktop proficiency, strong knowledge of MS Office, and strong communication skills. Candidate should possess the ability to interact effectively and efficiently with team members in other departments in a fast-paced environment. Attention to detail is crucial to this role.
Accounting experience in the construction industry is a plus.
