Our team is growing and we are looking for a rock star administrative assistant for a real estate team and new construction home builder. If you have a professional demeanor and attitude with common sense business approach we are looking for you.
Duties of this position include:
- Working directly with Broker/President of company
- Managing all social media outlets such as: Instagram, Facebook, Twitter, etc.
- Oversee/Manage Real Estate website (SEO performance, showcase listings, landing pages, testimonials, profile updates, local area info, etc.)
- Quickbooks data entry and bill pay a plus!
- Handling of multi-line phone system
- Create and utilize action plans and checklists
- Greeting of Homeowners and Vendors
- Reviewing and Proofing important documentation
- Scanning, faxing, filing and office support
- Working on securing vendor quotes
Job Qualifications
- Technologically savvy and able to learn new programs quickly and able to troubleshoot common issues; proficiency in Word, Excel, Outlook and Internet skills
- Excellent front desk and secretarial skills
- Social media savvy, especially Facebook and Instagram
- Have excellent attention to detail and high-level accuracy with documents
- Flexible in daily routine; ability to prioritize and manage multiple responsibilities and files
- Excellent customer service skills
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills
- Proficient in time management

Salary: $12.00 to $16.00 /hour
Experience:
- Quickbooks: 1 year (Preferred)

Education:
