Seeking talented Office Administrator Assistant to join our growing Real Estate team. Duties include all general office duties, assisting customers, and administrative functions. Knowledge of Office including Microsoft Word, Publisher, Excel, and Powerpoint. Working knowledge of social media including Facebook, Twitter, LinkedIn, Instagram and Snapchat. Understand the functions and processes to maintain a customer database.Candidate shall be ethical, a self starter and team player, exude a positive attitude, excellent communication skills, detail oriented, collaboration skills, manage timelines, and can work independently with little supervision.High school diploma preferred. Real estate experience a plus++, but not necessary. Position is about 25 hours a week. Working into Full time.
