TAMPA FL – WESTSHORE DISTRICT: A multi-branch, multi-disciplined, real estate company requires a key full-time administrative associate. The successful candidate will play a key part in coordinating all the activities involved in advertising, listing, sales, closings, and reporting of property transactions.
Essential Duties and Responsibilities:
- Operating Dotloop and other Corporate internal programs;
- Administrative review of all aspects of sales processes including: listings, sales and closings;
- Support sales associates with on-boarding and processing, instruct sales associates on phone and other office systems, order business cards, and training programs;
- Preparation and processing of new affiliation paperwork and licenses, maintain files.
- Coordinate and maintain listings, contracts, and closings;
- Gather and communicate information for settlements;
- Schedule all advertising and social media outreach;
- Complete office administration tasks, including general, office and business supply orders, equipment maintenance,
Job Requirements:
- REQUIRED: Florida Real Estate license in good standing.
- Bilingual Preferred, Veteran or family member a big plus.
- Real Estate Administration: Two or more years’ experience in a customer centric business environment with administrative responsibility
- High School Diploma or equivalent.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suites including Word, Excel and Outlook Adobe. Proficiency in Dot loop system prefer.
- Strong verbal and written communication skills
- Ability to interact successfully with customers, vendors, and independent contractors.
- Creative problem solving skills.
- Ability to multi task, prioritize and be flexible with changing business needs in a team environment.
