The Job:
This is a full time or part time Executive Assistant/Office Admin position. The position is responsible for the back-office operations of the law practice. While responsibilities could evolve and grow over time, initial job responsibilities include:
Responsibilities
- Manage the Firm’s social media, Linked In Posting, and CRM software
- Engage with clients regarding documentation, fee agreements, and scheduling.
- Maintain files, create files, and integrate Office 365 experience for employees.
- Be willing to take out the trash. This is a small law firm. There are always odd jobs.
Qualifications
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office suite (Outlook, Excel, Word, PowerPoint, etc.)
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills
- Ability to multi-task, organize, and prioritize work
