Job Description
We are seeking a Full-Time Office Administrator / Bookkeeper. The successful candidate will be responsible for supporting and co-ordinating transactions and processing files for a growing Real Estate team, along with other administrative / general tasks and some light bookkeeping. Duties include:
· Setting up new Real Estate transaction files
· Preparing documents & verifying document compliance
· Co-ordinating Real Estate closings with Title company’s and Brokers/Agents
· Calling/emailing parties involved in transactions for follow up
· Assisting with other administrative/general office tasks as assigned
· Invoice collation & management, data entry into Quickbooks
· Financial reconciliations
Preferred qualifications / experience:
· Light bookkeeping experience (mainly invoice management)
· Experience with Quickbooks financial software
· High levels of attention to detail
· Experience with Microsoft and Google word processing & spreadsheet applications
· Ability to work under pressure
· Ability to multi-task
· Strong organizational skills
· Flexibility to work outside of usual business hours if needed
· Experience with real estate transactions coordination (preferable but not required
