Full Job Description
Church Office Administrator
25-30 hour a week in office
$15 per hour
Duties and Responsibilities
Prepare weekly e-newsletters for the congregation (Mail Chimp)
Prepare quarterly printed newsletters for the congregation
Prepare worship bulletins
Gather and prepare documents or reports needed for staff or session
Gather materials and prepare power points for Congregational and other meetings
Collaborate with different church teams (session) to reach end goals

Worship
Manage emails, letters, packages, phone calls, and other correspondence
Create and send letters on behalf of church or staff as needed
Track and replace office supplies or other as needed items
Maintain church and staff calendars
Schedule and communicate needs with vendors
Skills
Clear communication verbal and written (must be able to spell and punctuate)
Be able to use Microsoft office (excludes Publisher) and Google drive – Mac-based Swift Publisher
Website maintenance a plus

Create publishable materials with graphics
Organized
Able to prioritize short term and long-term goals
Personable, projecting warm and helpful attitude internally with staff and with congregants and suppliers.
