Tampa based 45+ year General Contracting Firm looking for an experienced Project Coordinator / Office Administrator position. We are looking for strong energetic candidate that wants to grow and has experience as a Project coordinator &/or Office administrator. We are a fast growing business and we are looking for someone that will be a good fit for our team.
MUST have:
· Must document a strong organizational background on projects.
· Responsible for all subcontractor bidding and quotes on all projects
· Strong ability to maintain and create database information on contacts and scope of work
· Excellent follow up & multi-tasking skills
· Strong in Excel and general computer programs
· Excellent phone skills
You must be willing to work in a growing and expanding office and be a team player. This position does have an ability to advance for the right person.
