We are a small family owned commercial & residential real estate firm looking for an office administrator / family assistant with a positive “can-do” outlook!

Must haves:

  • Proficient in Gmail & Google Drive
  • Strong knowledge in MS Office Suite, MLS/Matrix, Transaction Desk, DocuSign, Forms Simplicity
  • Bookkeeping and Receptionist duties; Greeting clients, answering phones, and forwarding calls
  • Assisting the Broker/Agents with clerical/administrative functions
  • Develop, implement, and maintain organized filing system for in-house networkand Google Drive
  • Preparing advertising and marketing materials, assembling listing/contract packages
  • Maintaining company website and other online sources
  • Gathering information for CMA’s, uploading information and making changes in MLS
  • Scheduling appointments, following up, coordinating closings
  • General office tasks (maintain office equipment, replenish office supplies, distribute mail, custodial duties, etc.)

Qualifications:

  • Bookkeeping skills and Real Estate experience required/unlicensed preferred
  • Self-starter with ability to prioritize and multi-task
  • Strong communication and organizational skills
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills
  • Bi-lingual preferred, but not required
  • Detail-oriented with a high level of accuracy
  • Florida Real Estate forms knowledge
  • Drug-Free Work Environment, Background check required

Job Type: Full-time

Salary: $13.00 to $15.00 /hour

Experience:

  • Real Estate Administration: 2 years (Preferred)
  • Office Administration: 2 years (Preferred)
