We are a small family owned commercial & residential real estate firm looking for an office administrator / family assistant with a positive “can-do” outlook!
Must haves:
- Proficient in Gmail & Google Drive
- Strong knowledge in MS Office Suite, MLS/Matrix, Transaction Desk, DocuSign, Forms Simplicity
- Bookkeeping and Receptionist duties; Greeting clients, answering phones, and forwarding calls
- Assisting the Broker/Agents with clerical/administrative functions
- Develop, implement, and maintain organized filing system for in-house networkand Google Drive
- Preparing advertising and marketing materials, assembling listing/contract packages
- Maintaining company website and other online sources
- Gathering information for CMA’s, uploading information and making changes in MLS
- Scheduling appointments, following up, coordinating closings
- General office tasks (maintain office equipment, replenish office supplies, distribute mail, custodial duties, etc.)
Qualifications:
- Bookkeeping skills and Real Estate experience required/unlicensed preferred
- Self-starter with ability to prioritize and multi-task
- Strong communication and organizational skills
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills
- Bi-lingual preferred, but not required
- Detail-oriented with a high level of accuracy
- Florida Real Estate forms knowledge
- Drug-Free Work Environment, Background check required

Salary: $13.00 to $15.00 /hour
Experience:
- Real Estate Administration: 2 years (Preferred)
