We are looking to hire an office administrator to join our team at Suncoast Arcade! You will be responsible for overseeing the administrative and customer service activities of the organization. The right candidate will be seeking long term employment and be able to hit the ground running in a fast paced environment.

Responsibilities:

  • Manage records and information
  • Process orders
  • Customer service/customer support
  • Create shipping labels
  • Work with management to place vendor orders
  • Plan and maintain work facilities
  • Provide administrative assistance to management team
  • Encourage and improve cross-department internal communication
  • Perform other office tasks (replenish office supplies, distribute mail, custodial duties, etc.)
  • Run errands and pick up lunch and parts

Qualifications:

  • Previous experience in administrative services, office management or customer service
  • Ability to prioritize and multi-task
  • Strong organizational skills
  • Deadline and detail-oriented
  • Strong leadership qualities
  • Proficient in Microsoft office suite
  • Good driving record

Hourly rate will start at $14 an hour with several reviews and a pay raise available within the first year. A qualified candidate should be between $15-$16 an hour or possible salary by the end of the first year. Salaried employees do receive paid holidays and more paid vacation.
