Our fast-paced Tampa interior design / real estate firm is seeking a bright, energetic and experienced Office administrator with sales and marketing experience to manage and monitor sales, office processes, and all day-to-day activities. The ideal candidate will have at least 5 years experience in a similar administrative role answering phone calls, processing client orders, performing various administrative tasks, and providing exceptional customer service. This person should also have extensive knowledge of QuickBooks, and will be given a skill test. For the marketing portion of the job description, the candidate should have extensive graphic and sales capabilities, website design (via WordPress) and SEO experience, be social media savvy, and must be an experienced blog writer. They also must be able to handle event and workshop planning, and speak one-on-one with prospective clients. Please email resume and/or portfolio for immediate consideration.

Required Qualifications:

– Proficient with Microsoft Office – Word, Excel, Outlook, Powerpoint (computer savvy)

– Extremely Proficient with QuickBooks

– Excellent customer service skills & a positive attitude

– Exceptional organizational skills

– At least 5 years experience in a similar role

– Social media savvy (Facebook, Houzz, Angie’s List, WordPress, etc.)

– WordPress experience

– High-Energy! We run a very fast-paced office with priorities shifting throughout the day to make deadlines!

Desired Additional Qualifications:

– College degree (associates or higher)

– Graphic design capabilities
