ALLIANCE WORKFORCE is seeking an experienced Office Assistant for manufacturing company in Clearwater.
The right candidate will have experience working in a fast paced environment with the ability to change course as business needs warrant.
This work place does have dogs on-site, so you need to like dogs
Responsibilities include:
- Monitor emails for customer PO’s and print
- Meet with President about job set-up and materials for those jobs
- Set up new parts and BOM’s as needed
- Communication with customers, via phone and email to resolve any issues
- Monitor accounts receivables and research overdue invoices
- Order material for jobs, create vendors and PO’s in system
- Receive and log in vendor materials
- Assist with weekly check runs
- Prepare shipping labels and shipping documents
- Answer phones as needed
- Scan job paperwork
- Physical inventory – recording and date inpu
This candidate will train with the current Office Assistant who is getting ready to retire. So we need someone willing to listen, and will to learn.
The hours are: 8 am to 4:30 pm – Monday thru Friday
Pay rate: $14/hr – $17/hr – DOE
All candidates will be required to undergo a Federal Criminal Background check and drug screen
