About the Position:
We are seeking a dedicated, people-oriented individual to support our Rental and Real Estate Team. You would be working directly with the head administrator as well as the company president and vice president. You must be a team player, great personality, dedicated and hardworking, and excellent computer skills. You must be cheerful toward customers, both incoming and outgoing. You must have marketing experience on social media sites as well as real estate sites.
Responsibilities:
- Understand and view our properties so that information can be easily explained to customers.
- Perform various tasks and other administrative duties such as photocopying and filing.
- Assist with maintaining files and documents.
- Operate and organize the booking system between LiveRez, Airbnb, VRBO, and other sites on which we advertise.
- Social Media posting on Facebook and Instagram (and others) to inform customers of local events, our properties, and other marketings.
- Be able to quickly and efficiently complete tasks.
- Handle a large client and customer database.
- Overall office support, filing, and organization.
Qualifications:
- Detailed-oriented, precise, very organized approach.
- Some experience with LiveRez, Airbnb, VRBO, TripAdvisor, and the Microsoft Office Suite.
- Social Media Marketing experience such as Facebook and Instagram in order to keep our company current and competitive online.
- Multi-Task in online communications, in-person communications, and phone communications.
- Able to take direction.
- Able to self-edit and double-check your work.
- Able to prioritize and manage shifting responsibilities.
- Quick Learner
- High School Diploma or Equivalent
- A plus: vacation rental experience

Salary: $10.00 to $12.50 /hour
