Job Summary

Front Desk Office Assistant needed for busy Real Estate & Rental Management office in St Petersburg, FL near St Pete Beach and Tierra Verde.

Duties include, but are not limited to, answering phones, greeting customers, checking out tenants, filing, typing, and setting up/closing down of office each day.

We need someone with a positive attitude and strong work ethic that can welcome everyone that walks in the door and/or calls on the phone with a smile and a friendly hello.

Other paperwork/computer jobs will be assigned as needed. Teamwork is key. Microsoft Office Suite used daily. Previous office experience preferred. Real Estate & Rental Management knowledge a plus. Friendly demeanor required.
