Office Assistant

We currently have an opportunity for an Office Assistant in our corporate office in Clearwater, FL. This position is responsible for administrative support and receptionist duties for the land lease and senior housing communities. This position will report to the COO of land lease communities and the COO of senior housing communities. We are a fast-growing company with a high energy workforce.

Green Courte Partners, LLC is a high energy, fast-paced private equity real estate investment firm focused on building industry-leading companies within niche real estate sectors. The firm’s current strategies include building fully-integrated companies investing in parking assets (through the firm’s sector-leading near-airport parking platform, The Parking Spot) and active adult/independent living senior housing and land lease community assets.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Serves as receptionist for the office;
  • Handles general correspondence, including memos, letters, charts, tables, graphs, and presentations;
  • Schedules and organizes activities such as meetings, travel, and special events;
  • Prepares expense reports;
  • Handles special projects, as assigned;
  • Handles resident and vendor calls by either routing the call to the appropriate or resolving the issue;
  • Handle confidential and non-routine information;Assists with office supplies and employee requests;

Skills and Abilities:

  • Must have high level of interpersonal skills to handle sensitive and confidential situations;
  • Position requires demonstrated professionalism, poise, tact and diplomacy;
  • Must have strong written and verbal communication skills;
  • Must have advanced Microsoft Office Suite skills, including Word, Excel, PowerPoint and Outlook;
  • Work requires continual attention to detail in composing, typing and proofing materials, establishing priorities and meeting deadlines;
  • Must be able to work in a fast-paced environment with demonstrated ability to prioritize multiple tasks;
  • Must be a self-starter with a “can-do attitude”;
  • Must be able to work a full 40-hour per week schedule, with occasional overtime required.

Education and Experience

  • High school diploma or equivalent required; some college courses preferred;
  • Must have 3-5 years of administrative experience in an office;
  • Must have valid driver’s license.
